Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Returns are only possible if the client receives an incorrect item. Our policy is valid for 2 days. We cannot offer you an exchange or refund if 2 days have passed since the incorrect order was delivered.
Your item must be in the original packaging and be in the same condition as when you first received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
We will verify that the details are correct and then complete the exchange.
Refunds
Refunds can only be initiated in the following situations:
– The product(s) you want is/are sold out
– The delivery address indicated is outside our shipping zone
You will receive a refund and a credit to your account within 48 hours.
If your refund doesn’t reflect after the prescribed time,please contact us via info@girlgotbible.com or via our Instagram page @girlgotbible.
Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We will only replace an item if it is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
We will send a rider to pick up the product(s) and return the correct products.
The time required for the exchanged product you have chosen to receive may vary depending on where you are located. Exchanges must be made within two working days. Due to high order volumes, this period may be extended during sales.
Shipping/Delivery
Delivery charges apply based on location.
Local orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours, except on Sundays.
International orders are shipped within 5-7 days
Due to the high volume, it is possible that shipping can take upto 7 days.
Exceptions
1) These items are not returnable or exchangeable: Already used products.
2) Please contact us via info@girlgotbible.com or via our Instagram page @girlgotbible for a return or exchange of defective or damaged items.
Please note
- Returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging, with all documentation enclosed. On receipt of the item, we will refund you in full excluding any original shipping charges. We can also exchange it if you prefer.
- The item is under your care until it arrives. We recommend, therefore, that for your protection you use a service which insures the item’s value.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning an item.
- There are no refunds for items that have been damaged in shipping. You must then file a claim directly with the shipping/delivery company.
