Turnaround

All orders placed within Federal Way or its surroundings will be delivered within 24-72 hours, Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm. Orders placed outside Federal Way, but within Washington State, will be delivered between 2 and 3 working days.

Shipping/delivery rates

Shipping rates are based on your geographical location. You will see the shipping cost before you proceed to the checkout page. If you choose not to place an order, you can cancel it.

Backorders

We will only ship the parts of your order in stock if an item is on backorder. We will then ship the remainder of your order when the item becomes available. No additional shipping or delivery and or handling charges will be applied to the second shipment.
